Creative workshop for children
18 March 2023, 15:00 – 17:00
Sarieva Gallery, 40 Otets Paisii Str., Plovdiv
Participation in the creative workshop is by prior registration
On March 18th a creative workshop will take place led by contemporary artist Sophia Grancharova. The participants will be provided with the materials she uses to produce her works – magazines, advertising materials, comics, etc. and will be introduced to her creative approach. Through various games and experiments the sense of observation, criticality and curiosity towards the advertising images we live among every day will be provoked. After general activities and an introduction to a variety of artistic techniques, each participant will be encouraged and supported to create their own work – a new collage from a magazine, a comic book, or why not a sculpture? At the end of the workshop, the works will be arranged in a group exhibition where participants will be active creators of their own world of images.
Creative workshop for children 10-14 years. Free-entry with a prior registration of the participant at https://forms.gle/9W4rW8DAXAgGC1ue7
All necessary materials will be provided by the organizer.
